I also believe the continued practices of safety and fitness will nourish the body, mind, and soul. Maintaining fitness levels utilizing low impact exercises can help delay the onset of many degenerative diseases associated with aging and generally improve your quality of life.
The safety and exercise lessons I developed are the culmination of 30 years experience as an aquatics instructor. I am a Red Cross Certified Water Safety, Lay Responder CPR, First Aid/AED, and Lifeguard Instructor. I am certified by NASCO for Instructor and Safety Training programs. H2O Fitness certified for water aerobics Instruction, and a YogaFittm Certified Instructor. My focus is personal safety, health and fitness for people of all ages.
